WTB: Vintage cream trousers

After much searching, and deliberation as to whether I really should be spending this money; I have decided to post an ad for a pair of cream/ivory gabardine trousers. Wool, or a heavy linen. I wear about a 33 waist, and a 33 inseam (with room for cuffs). I'd like them to be 50's or earlier, and and high waisted. Please let me know if you have anything.

I am right there with ya! Last time I saw a pair, they were over $100 though.
Seriously, good luck on this hunt- I hope you find a pair. Personally I've decided I'll have to make my own....

I saw some at Brooks Brothers... Wool gab, but nothing special in terms of styling. And their regular price of $150.

I'm thinking that I'll just get them through Indy, or buy a pattern from Eva Dress and take it to my tailor.

Until then, I'll just have to keep looking. Thanks for the well wishes.

hmmm, you certainly like seeking the hard-to-come-by.

You might keep a look out on British eBay. They often have cricket "whites" come up in decent sizes.
