Hi everyone,

I am looking for an original M422a by Gordon & Ferguson or Edmund Church. Size wise 42-46 no bigger or smaller. Needs to be in good condition as it is for my collection. Ideally a UK seller as would like to view if possible.

Also looking for early 7823 by Foster (unperforated windflap). Similar sizing to above.

Cheers, Bobbyball

You may need to specify which Foster - there were I.B. and L.W. - altho I don't know who made which contracts.

The American leather business has always been very close-knit...pardon the pun (wait, did I even make one?)

Either contractor will be OK as long as it is an early contract. Mid to late 1950s and no later. Windflap must be unperforated and ideally USN stencil under collar. I know some of the late 1950s jackets are collar stamped but mid decade would be preferable.
