WTB: Black leather n1 jacket - large // 40-42

Schott is the brand I own and have experience in, but would be open to other brands as well. It must be black. My chest size is 40 but I could go up a size depending on the fit. Attaching a photo of a horsehide version and a (poor) photo of the cow leather version I own which is too small for me.

Thank you - this is a nice looking jacket. I am looking for something closer to an n-1 though, and with a mouton/shearling/fur collar.

Bumping this up - and noting one of the brands I've found selling this is Double Helix. There was also a SDA nubuck version made a few years back I would take.

After months of fruitless searching for a quality +affordable used option, I have been talking with Matsuda at Double Helix Works about a slightly customized makeup of his black horsehide N1. Plan to officially place the order at the end of this week or early next.

The other brands I discovered in my search that someone who stumbles on this thread may be interested in were Houston and Alpha industries. Both seemed like quality options and can be had used around $500, but they are made in china without much online review presence. I decided to opt for custom so I could get a cotton lining to make it more versatile for warm months. Also nice knowing there aren't synthetics, which is a given with the cheaper brands. My makeup with black core leather will run about $1600 from double helix.
