WTB: Black Leather Half-Belt / Highwayman-style Jacket – 40/42/M – $500–650

I'm looking for a black leather jacket in the general style of an Aero Half Belt or Highwayman. I'm located in New Orleans, LA, USA.

I'm not wedded to any particular model or even necessarily a true half-belt construction. Highwayman-style jackets, delivery jackets, and similar vintage sports jackets are all welcome. Anything with a similar clean, classic silhouette, whether or not it's technically a half-belt or Highwayman.

A couple of firm preferences:

• Black leather only
• No zippered sleeve cuffs
• No cross-zip / asymmetrical front zippers
• Prefer restrained hardware and a traditional collar

Open to horsehide, cowhide, goatskin, or other quality leathers. No particular weight restriction, although I'm not looking for a total monster.

Sizing: I'm 5'8", 173 lbs, with a 39" chest. My Schott 673 in Medium fits perfectly, measuring 22" pit-to-pit and 18.5" across the shoulders.

I recently purchased a Lost Worlds Ryder in size 40, but it was too snug at 20" pit-to-pit and 17.5" shoulders (it's for sale on FL!)

Ideally looking for something around 21.5–22.5" pit-to-pit and 18–19" shoulders, depending on the pattern.

Budget: Approximately $500–650 depending on brand, condition, and shipping.

Happy to consider well-broken-in jackets with some character, provided the leather is sound.
