WTB Akubra federation III brown

i'm itching to snatch an Akubra Federation III (not IV) in 59 cm (7 3/8) in brown

i recently bought one second hand and i really love it, so i'm wanting to add a second fed III to the collection

What's the difference between the III the IV and the Adventurer?

hello

size of the brim (larger on the FED III and aventurer) and a slight difference in the crown (taller too in the III and adv, if i'm not mistaken).

I have the Federation III , IV ,and the Adventurer
On the federation the only difference that I can tell is the crown seems a bit larger on the III and the hat seems more robust for lack of a better term
but one placed inside the other shows the dimensions are the same ( I never measured ) The Adventurer has a somewhat lower crown but that could be the way it looks because it has a larger brim
I find the Adventurer my go to hat mainly because I like the brown color better

I have a Fed III and IV, and the III is definitely bigger than the IV in both crown (6" vs. 5 3/4" or so) and brim (the III is about 1/8" wider).

Thanks to everyone for the info. on the differences. I have the Adventurer and love it... but I've been tempted to pick up a Federation as well.
