WTB 7-5/8 straw

Looking for a Christmas gift for my brother, and I know he's been looking for a straw fedora, and I want to find a decent milan for him. I have a very low budget, though. If you could help me out at all, I'd be extremely grateful. His only issue is the color, he really wants off-white or beige.
