You know, we USED to have returnable pop and beer bottles that came in reusable cardboard containers. I'm not sure why single use plastic is better. I do understand that some medicines do need to be in a container that is either single use, or can be sanitized.

Just my $0.02

AB44 doesn’t ban fur felt hats because “fur” as defined in the bill is limited to furs attached to an animal skin.

Yeah, it doesn't seem to apply to a beaver fedora, but it would apply to your Daniel Boone coonskin cap.

2023.
(a) For purposes of this section, the following definitions apply:
(1) “Fur” means any animal skin or part thereof with hair, fleece, or fur fibers attached thereto, either in its raw or processed state.
(2) (A) “Fur product” means any article of clothing or covering for any part of the body, or any fashion accessory, including, but not limited to, handbags, shoes, slippers, hats, earmuffs, scarves, shawls, gloves, jewelry, keychains, toys or trinkets, and home accessories and decor, that is made in whole or in part of fur.
