Wow! What a wicked wonderful Wormser, Harv! Sweet lid.

Randooch!! To catch up on the above post, I like the casual look of that Soft body Derby. And the glasses, well check http://shop.randolphusa.com/randolph/sunglasses-c4.aspx And you may find something more suitable to your liking, and they're made in the States, just as you remember the OLD Ray Bans quality. Night and day difference comparing to the current products they're peddling. Ask Mikespens; he also has a set. I have the advantage of the factory being in the town where I live. You won't be disappointed...

Found this thread and liked yours very much Harv, so thought I'd post this Wormser Regency Series.
5" crown as cattleman creased and 3" brim, too white to be silverbelly I think; 7 1/4" LO- never worn. When I bought it I thought I might try to convert it to a fedora, but very hard/stiff felt so it will stay as is (too western to wear it here in England)

Thanks Harv. I'm surprised there is not more info or interest for Wormser - mine is the only one I have handled, but if it is anything to go by they were very well made hats. If they were also available by mail order as the label in mine states, I assume that they must have been reasonably common at one time. Any idea of the decade?

Wow! 1mach1! Whatta beauty! :eusa_clap Never knew this side of them! Goes to show I only know what I know!

Very sweet lid, Harv. One of my favs these days, actually!

Wicked, wonderful Wormser you have there, Chris. Like NEW!

And, NewJack, you are right! Phrased slightly differently, "Ya don't know what ya don't know!" One of my favorite colloquialisms.

Eventually, you might come across every thread there is here but I doubt it. Suppose it's a good problem there may be too much info available on the Lounge. Anyhoo, here's one of my first purchases from a fellow Lounger and a long time go to summer lid, this gets more wear than any other hat I own. It was also my first true vintage milan and spoiled me forever on the good stuff. I proudly show off "The Wormser Regal Quality":
