Just wandering around the internet, and stumbled upon this. A rather cool flight simulator. I want one.

I love flight sims. It is my understanding that War Thunder is heavily influenced by IL-2 Sturmovik 1946 in therms of flight models, but is less hardcore. My choice would be Il2, but having said that, War Thunder seems to be making many people happy and introducing them to historical aircraft, so definitely worth having a go.

I've been flying IL2 Sturmovik almost 10 years. I'm looking forward to the latest iteration "Battle of Stalingrad" but we'll have to see since Cliff's of Dover was such an absolute bust.
