Does any of you own some Workware jackets? I've seen they are now selling an N-1 Deck Jacket for a reasonable price, but I don't know about the quality of their gears. Any advice?

Yes, this is the HK one. I think blackadder knows this brand better?

I had one of their chore jackets last year. If that jacket was any indication, be sure to size up at least two sizes.
