First snow last night. G-d's confetti for the Marine Corps Birthday.
Barely an inch.

It snowed a little in Copenhagen last night too.

Low forties to mid-fifties, probability of rain and wind... Wanna trade places?lolHadleyH said:Rain, showers, shower or two, chance shower, bit of sun, some local thunder possible........I'm sick of it!
SICK OF IT!!!!!!!!!
About 120m long? Destroyer, probably a Type 1936, either Z21 Wilhelm Heidkamp or Z22 Anton Schmitt--I've been researching the Narvik campaign for a naval-miniatures scenario I'm writing.Smithy said:I've only been to Narvik once - love how the ski run ends up virtually in the middle of town! You might not have had time to see it but there is a German vessel from the war (can't remember which type but fairly large) which was sunk a little up the fjord and part of the stern is visible at low tide.
How 'bout this? Slightly different due to angles and distance (this shot's much closer to the mountain), but fairly similar to the view from my front yard...$ally said:More pretty snow pictures, please? Anyone?

Hey, there's snow in the pic!lol
I believe, sir, that it's called "natural selection"--except that it didn't quite "select" in his case... Idjit didn't know how to use air-tools or call for a tow to a shop would be my guess.carter said:Hey, DB, What's up with the guy in Seattle who removed a recalcitrant lugnut from his Lincoln with a 12 ga. and injured himself in the process?
What is that, offroad rage?

And actually, it's across the Sound--Ms. Barbigirl and many other Seattle Loungers might be offended by your insinuation that this clown's from their town--you saw the reaction to my "not really a Seattleite, I'm just here until I can figure out paying my way home" post, right? lol
carter said:GREAT! Snow in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Alaska and other locations, but nary a photo.
What's with the dearth of images of the white stuff? C'mon folks. We hardly ever have snow in Texas.
