Can anyone identify the lady at 1:14 in this clip? She looks so familiar, but her name is escaping me now. On a side note, does anyone recognize what films these clips are from (besides Casablanca).

It might be 'The Lady from Shanghai' (1948). It's the only movie I recall seeing Rita with blonde hair but I certainly haven't seen them all.

It is "The Lady From Shanghai". That's the scene where Rita's character sings "Please Don't Kiss Me".
