I work within healthcare as one of forms of employment and C.O.W. means Computer On Wheels. A C.O.W. is useful for charting in patients room and referring to patient records immediately with out going back and forth. Just sharing.

Here in southern California the transit system for Cerritos is called Cerritos On Wheels, or COW. The buses have a Holstein-like pattern on the sides.
