.... (actually, the image that sticks in my head from 9/11, above all others, is the footage of the folks who jumped. That's the one that still makes me shiver)..

My brother worked in a building right next to the towers and witnessed this horrific event. He had some terrible descriptives concerning the people who jumped, which I won't repeat. Otherwise you'll never be able to erase the mental images they conjure... as I haven't.
