What's something modern you won't miss when it becomes obsolete?

I think I remember that. Didn't CPS take the children away from them?

Indeed they did. And then Führer Daddy shows up at the custody hearing in a nazi uniform! :eusa_doh:

There's something just not right with those Duggers. No family is that vanilla and whitebread.

In the grand tradition of "bloke down the pub told me..." I've a friend whose family is friends with the Duggars. Apparently they are in real life exactly as they appear on TV. This blows my mind. How Michelle Duggar hasn't lost her ever-loving mind on a roomful of 19 kids is beyond me.

Ladies and gentlemen, the "Master Race."

This guy is a piece of work alright, he has eight kids from four different women and lives on government assistance -- no surprise there. The woman in the picture is his fiancée who is pregnant with his ninth child of whom he hopes to name Eva Braun if it's a girl. Here's what one of his ex wives has to say about him:

"To put it all out there. The way he gets women is by acting really sweet. After you move in with him everything changes instantly.

I knew him before he went all Psycho Nazi. He still was an evil man*. He has emphysema yet he still smokes cigarettes. He claims he can't read or write so he can't work yet he holds his own Nazi meetings. Somebody in the Social Security office should really be watching and observing this guy because he should not be on it.

Notice his fiancée wears a long dark shirt that covers her butt. You will never see her in a pair of shorts, a bathing suit or a low cut top. He controls what she wears. How do I know? I was married to him for 3 years. I dealt with abuse beyond belief and when he started abusing my kids, I left him. I finally got away. My kids are healthy, one is a teen and the other pre teen. We don't need assistance from the state. I do fine on my own. So does his first ex wife and ex girlfriend.

Don't judge us because you don't know us. We are stuck having to watch this monster pop up on TV and in the papers constantly. We try to protect our children from him and his ignorance. His feud now is with his current ex wife and the rest of the world. As for us, we have been through enough already and are just grateful we survived.

He also wears bandaids on his nipples because he doesn't like them sticking through his shirt."

*he was originally a devil worshipper who wanted to name one of his kids Lucifer.

It typically happens when I'm dining alone, which I often do as I travel a bit. Perhaps they think I'm lonely and in want of their company. Or you may be on to something with me being such a charming guy...
I had to mention that I giggled at your signature.

There was a man in Oklahoma that taught his children Klingon. Not English and Klingon, just Klingon.

I think they just do a superb job of keeping their children under control. I see that they spend plenty of time explaining things to them and just spend time with them in general. I wish more people kept their damned kids under control like that. :p

And this all brings up another travesty of our times, "reality" tv. Hollywood has followed corporate America into the abyss of hiring underpaid, underskilled labor to churn out an inferior poduct that spells higher profits for the producers. Welcome to walmart everybody.

In some places you need a permit to drop a fishing line into the water. But to have kids, all you gotta do is to be able to make the letter V.
While I understand the frustration over such fools as parents, I am not willing to cede the power of such choices to some government body. The government can't even get a package delivered on time for me and yet they are going to determine who has children. Nah...

And as for nazi dad and the duggars, I have 7 kids and I WORK my a** off to see that they are fed, clothed, and have a roof over their head. I also have absolutely nothing in common idealogically with, nor any use for any of those Jerry Springer reality tv types
