Wienerschnitzel with spaetzle.
Sounds perfectly good to me.When time is limited, I will buy a precooked chicken from the deli at the supermarket, and usually a pack of stuffing too, if it's not been under the hot plate for hours on end. Back home, from the freezer, a hand full of roast potatoes goes into a hot oven for half an hour, a pan full of mixed veg goes on the hob and the chicken is de-skinned, the breast meat is carved for the meal, the rest is kept to make chicken risotto for another time. A small jug full of chicken gravy is made from instant granules. It all comes together in about half an hour.

GoodBeef fajitas, made from prime sirloin.
I've found it's easier to cut, with less time to marinate.
GHT I live too close to too many of my favorite restaurants.
When time is limited, I stop by Corky's BBQ, Cracker Barrel, or take the wife to a family owned (since the 50's) Italian restaurant.
Work will start slowing down in the next month, and I can get back to crock pot meals, etc.
Throw in some garlic red potatoes and you will have the perfect coma no matter how much coffee you drink.I still have a half slab of ribs, 1 piece of smoked sausage, and 1/2lb of pulled pork from Corky's.
Those will go well with 3 fried eggs over easy tomorrow, and lots of coffee.
Well I've got to get off the ground somehow.
Nice yard!Last night I had a backyard barbeque with some friends and family where I had pork chops, corn, and double baked potatoes:
Commented on the yard first but definitely noticed it second.I'm looking at the food on the grill, and TOE is noticing the yard first.
Spaghetti with sausage

See, when I read this close to my bed time, I read it as "pulled pork from a Boston Butt Grandma." Reading it all the way through makes more sense.Pulled pork from a Boston butt grandma got at the church fundraiser, french fries (the frozen kind you heat up in the oven) pork and beans, homemade coleslaw, dill pickles, fresh squeezed lemonade, and homemade rice pudding for desert.
