Beef stew is a good idea. Makes me kind of hungry, now. And I'm just a flexitarian. Beef stew is still known, here in Germany, but mostly available on restaurants. At home, here in eastern Germany, Gulasch on Maccaronis, is still much more popular.

I'm sure many Americans will be ordering pizza tonight, as no one wants to cook dinner and do the pre-Thanksgiving cooking.
