Pork chops, and maybe a sample of the brisket still cooking in the oven (should be ready at 7pm).
I smoked the 7lb brisket for 2hrs, then put it in the oven for 5hrs.
Problem is, I have to do this again tomorrow because what I'm cooking is half of the entire thing.
My wife talked me into this, and once thawed I can't refreeze the other portion, or lets just say I'm leery about it.
