Sounds waaaaay better than the tacos I had. I was out on a job late yesterday and all that was around were taco bell or mc donalds.

Last night was grilled, marinated flank steak, cooked rare along with sweet onions wrapped in foil, baked on the grill with butter and fresh thyme from my herb garden and grilled asparagus.

We had BBQ'd sandwiches on a big bun piled with homemade slaw...slab of melted cheese..extra BBQ sauce and a little mayo. Big garden salad with ranch dressing.

And a big bowl of salted butterscotch ice cream. (Lots of tears today. Found out a friend lost her 6 year battle with cancer this morning.)

I was making tuna patties last night when my wife showed up with pizza. It got put in the fridge and we ate pizza. My wife cooked up the patties this morning for breakfast.

Zatarain's Dirty Rice and a vegetable stir fry (mushroom onion red pepper celery sauteed in olive oil and flavored with Worstershire sauce) with a glass of Welch's grape juice, and a Macintosh apple and wedge of old cheddar for dessert.
