Yes it's shredded cauliflower, tanned in peanut and sesame seed oil, then add pepper, and frozen vegetables.
You want the vegetables hot, but still crispy.
Turns out good.
And yes I can do the regular rice version, with pork, chicken, or beef.

No ice cream.
But I can make faux fried potatoes (in bacon grease), mashed potatoes, and hash-brown casserole (either plain or the cracker barrel recipe).
