I am not sure, Mrs. TOE whipped it up. I know that she likes to put extra cheese in the MaC. I just eat it, enjoy it, and do the dishes.

Still using up the leftovers, eh?
I'm using the last of the turkey broth we put up to make Mexican meatball soup - inspired by Mr. V.C.Brunswick.
One bright side to having a house full of kids is that usually there's not turkey for days and days after Thanksgiving. We put up 6 quarts of broth and all the meat was mercifully gone the next day.
