For me, crispy is where the flavor comes out and I ascend in to a state of euphoria. I think that I need to make a trip down to the butcher.

Yeah..the good taste came out 2-3 minutes ago. The truly euphoric ascension foiled with unexcusable brittle detention lessoning the flavor to savor...and may the lord have mercy on your soul. [huh]

Order medium out here and you get it gray in the middle. It must be different there then. Medium rare is pink in the middle here. You like your bacon medium rare. lol lol

Here in HoosierHeaven..medium well is gray inside. Just medium is juicy pink inside. Medium rare is bloody juicy and red inside. Well Done has crispy edges like overdone bacon.

You mean correctly done bacon without trichinosis running through it. I like my steak rare.

I've used those to make cracklin cornbread.
Of course not in some time, because the cornbread isn't low carb.
Shocker I know...
BTW I like my steak medium as well, it's more tender that way.
