What's for Dinner?

Which will include:

1. Prime Rib
2. Fettuccine Alfredo
3. A nice tossed salad
4. Tiramisu
5. And A nice Cabernet Sauvignon to complement the meal.

(Sound at all interesting James? Should I set a place setting?)

We don't do 2 sides, just too much trouble, so we do one side but there's a lot of it.

Green beans are a great and underrated side. I remember not thinking much of them as a kid but I really enjoy them as a adult. The same can be said for pork chops; especially teryakied pork chops.

There is a restaurant here that does "Sichuan Beans" - basically green beans stir-fried with some chili flakes and a dash of soy sauce. Fantastic! I always order that as a side when I go there.
