We have a new toy in the kitchen. Tina started using it from day one, your's truly was rather more sceptical, more like timid. It's an air fryer and yesterday I cooked a roast chicken in it, well almost. The lady made sure I didn't blow up her new gizmo.
Today's cut is the strip loin. Mine is bone in. If cut, it would be sold as NY Strip Steak. This is about the size of 4 to 6 NY steaks. It's also the big side of the T-Bone Steak. Imagine this as the small end of the prime rib, Ribeye Steak, or Standing Rib Roast.
