Dial M for Murder.
I really enjoyed that.
Absolutely fantastic "little" movie - none of the big scenery shots Hitchcock does so well, but it doesn't matter as the story and acting just keep the flow going.

Ant-Man. People in the movie house were laughing and cheering and clapping; I was involved in the throw away lines ("...tales to astonish...") in between bouts of laughter.
"Mrs. Miniver" - Still moved to tears by that one.
"This IS the peoples war! Well fight it then with all that is in us! And let God defend the right!"
"I Know Where I'm Going" - First time I saw this one from the beginning. Good if not great film. Wish it had subtitles.
"Ach no... this fish do not know him...."
Worf
Mr. Blandings Builds His Dream House. I really love Myrna Loy and Cary Grant together.
I think you would also enjoy the book it is based on. Being the talented writer that you are, you will appreciate seeing the original source material.
And yes, Loy and Grant are great together, but then again, she teamed well with everyone.
Currently watching Arsenic and Old Lace. LOVE this movie!
One of my all time favorites! Who knew, mass murder could be funny?
