Soul Surfer, a film based on the true story of the girl who had her arm bitten off by a shark, yet came back to become a professional surfer. Pretty good movie and an excellent show for my 12-year-old daughter to watch. Good messages all around.

On AMC's Mobster Week or weekend or whatever? It is a pretty good flick. You should take a gander
at Miller's Crossing if they show it again. In my opinion, it is an underrated flick.

Today on TCM it's Claude Rains day, and since I love him to death, I've been watching him alllll day. Right now it's Mr. Skeffington. Before that was The Invisible Man, which I'd never seen before. Holy carp, the entire budget of that film went into the optical effects instead of the acting! The Wolf Man, Now, Voyager...I think I should be in a Claude Rains overload, but I'm finding that's impossible!

Ironically enough, I had spent 20 minutes looking for it at Wal-Mart and K-Mart, to no avail. I did buy 'The Godfather' though.

Target? Have the both of them on dvd but find that I end up watching them more often then not on tv while surfing. Both are definitely great to have.

The Entertainer. Lawrence Olivier received an oscar nomination for his portrayal of Archie Rice & it's easy to see why, it's one of his best roles IMO.
