Who do you think is the maker of the jacket this ww2 veteran pilot is wearing?
Looks nice. What do you think the leather is ? Doesn't look like capeskin, could be steer or horse.

Mines cowhide think some were horse. It’s my oldest leather jacket and one I’ll unlikely ever part with. Heavy due to the thick lining but a great wearer when it’s chilly & carries a civilian vibe given its a cyclist jacket. 2nd hand I think they come up generally cheaper than an ELC A-2.
