What is your take on this ebay hat?

How "vintage" is vintage? I would suspect that any hat box that has an area code with the phone # & ZIP codes for the street are post 1960/70's and not truely vintage. Also would not a vintage Borsalino have a brown sweatband vice a black. It is a nice hat, but not what I would call vintage

It is definitely not vintage. Probably made a few months or years ago but not vintage. The sweatband is all wrong and the liner is unimpressive. If you want a decent vintage felt then this is not it. The liner is probably glued in and the felt will probably hold as much water as a collander. Forget about it unless it stays at $35.
