If you want health and longevity there are many things you can do right now. Like don't eat too much, 25% less than what is considered healthy, eat the right things, mostly fresh fruit and veg, sunshine, fresh air, exercise. Do these things and retain your physical and mental health into your eighties, nineties or longer.
Now if you do this and stay healthy for 30 or 40 years there is a very high chance new advances will give you ANOTHER 40 years of health and vigor, and by that time they will have figured out how to buy another 20 or 30. In other words take care of yourself and you could end up with 100 to 150 years of healthy life.
