This Resistol Quicksilver came from a store in Springfield, OR, that only existed from 1990 to 1997; makes if fairly easy to estimate the vintage!

Happy Halloween to all! Finally got a light rain after a dry week...maybe the grass won't die before winter sets in. Today I have a modest little 4x Stetson Giant with some brim curl work I did on it.. curl leaves me a 3" brim front and back and 2-3/4" on the sides. 5-1/2 crown. To me it's just about the perfect size and dimensions....large enuf for sun and rain but not too big

Hello lads.

Beautiful hats as always guys.

Today i decided to wear an OLD favourite. I've had this one for a while . This old attaboy has seen some things. I haven't found it easy to get much solid info on the attaboy line by denton. I know they mainly did wool hats, occasionally did blends, and some pure fur models possibly.
I figured this old one for pure fur, and I think the moths agree. But ive been wrong before and will be again, so if anyone had any corrections id appreciate them. The simple logo, nap and heather?? finish are what makes me think its old and fur, so if its a blend id love to know what to look at.

But I love the shape and style and its a lovely old hat with some serious character. I wear this one more than mo. If its a blend they did an amazing job.
