I didnt set out to collect a bunch of hemps, but Ive had a green one for a couple years that I loved. Last summer I lucked into a package deal for the turquoise, Natural, brown and another green one. I let my brother pick out a couple of my hats for his birthday last fall.... he picked one of the greens so I no longer have a duplicate. Love the hempsI love these things... Ive got Natural, Brown, Green, and turquoise (plus a natural hemp Bristol with a panama band).. Cant tear these things up

Good to see you Terry. Another fantastic renovation. I hope your health is strong these days. This was a neglected Stagecoach that I restored, resized, and restyled. Everything on this hat was stripped off of it when I got it. In the box it came in, the liner and wide striped ribbon was laying inside. The original ribbon wasn't worth saving so I put a woven hat band on it that I had taken off another Resistol. It sports a 3 1/2 wide brim and I lowered the crown and creased it to a teardrop with a wide pinch. I wanted to do something just a little similar in style to Burt Reynolds 'Bandit' hat but with my own modifications, especially to the brim curl and side dents.

Charlie Crockett sports some nice Westerns. I don't think I'd care much for those kicked up sides, although it looks good on him.
Same song. Different hat.
Oh, VERY nice, Nathan. And a great match with the jacket!
Thank you gentlemen!Sweet hat and outfit
That's a hell of a looker, Rick! And glad to hear you were mostly unscathed by the weather-uglies.Rather nasty weather overnight here in East Texas.... inch or larger hail, 60 mph wind and an inch an hour rain. Back end or system has moved east and the sun is trying to peek out. Fortunately beyond lots of leaves on the ground, snapped twigs, and garbage cans blown all over I dont see any real damage. Good luck to folks eastward when it hits you today
Thought Id continue some green hat sharing this morning with a Green Hemp Stratoliner
