My first Selco. I’ve seen a good many, but don’t know anything about the brand. This black beauty appears to be high quality, though a mid 50s to early 60s hat in Golden Beaver designation, whatever that means. The rich felt is thick and very dense, but malleable.

New early model Flagship with the embroidered liner tip. Great color; kinda dove gray with a slight mauve influence. A light weight felt.
Too small for me, grrrr!, so I’ll have to move her on out to a 7 1/8 friend in Washington.
He should appreciate this’n a great deal!

Selco
Founded in 1898 in Brooklyn, New York, Selco traced its root back to 1799 and the Italian firm of Selentino. They manufactured hats (or had them manufactured under contract) into the 1950s, but are best known for marketing Tonak hats, made in the Czech Republic. There is still a Selco store in Brooklyn today.
And still more, from their current eBay page:
Hi! My Great Grandfather opened the first Selco Hat Store back in 1898! he had a hat factory where he manufactured the Hats worn by the locals and imported the higher end Hats from the famous Huckle/Tonak company located in Czechoslovakia (Czech-Republic) that dates back to 1799. After WW2 he reopened Selco Hatters in Brooklyn N.Y.
My Father with his passionate love for Hats continued on with importing high quality Fur Felt Hats from the same Huckle/Tonak company under the Brand Name SELENTINO

"Corona" "Deutsche Wertarbeit / German Craftsmanship) Velour possibly 1930s. No known factory marks but the blue and white diagonal liner piping might point to a Bavarian hat company. This Velour has a great look and the overall condition is excellent. I found this Velour back in 2019.

Thought id celebrate surviving the cold by doing something positive. Since I started the day with a Big Black Stetson, I decided Id work a bit on the Big Black Resistol that I did the brim curl on. I originally put a silver concho hatband on it, but decided I preferred something a bit less garish. ( think Ill move the silver conchos over to one of my Hemp Stratoliners) I tried on a spare Stetson leather band and I like it. Ill replace the Stetson button with a Mercury dime concho so I dont offend the Stetson and Resistol purists lol. That will let me size it better to cover the stitching.

Stefan, Yes, I remember this beauty! The "Corona" could be a STECO Velour. The blue on the "Corona" piping appears more Bavarian blue. I seem to recall something similar so I will have to some searching
Update:
It's very similar to this "NEUHEIT" "SPITZENKLASSE" "EXTRA FEIN".
The forms and bow designs are somewhat similar.
The sweatbands are identical at the liner edge.
The STECO hats sweatbands are similar to each other at the liner edge.

Randall, The info is not exactly correct.
It's a Tonak who were J. Hückel ´s Söhne up to WWII. Your hat is possibly 1970s. SELCO also sold Tonak under the Hückel brand name in the same time period. The Liner logo on your hat is based on an old J. Hückel ´s Söhne / JHS design. Here is a similar time period SELCO Tonak sold under Hückel brand name.
Here is an original JHS Liner Logo from the later 1930s.
SELCO eventually became Selentino (to this day) also made by Tonak.
