We got down to 14 degrees last night. But the suns out and were almost up to 20 already. Trying to decide between two cowboy conversions this morning. With either one Im thinking thick felt should equal warm head lol

My go to these days. An older Borsalino thin ribbon. Although quite snug for me it's jus too good not to wear.

It's Whippet Wednesday so my lid of choice is this Excellent Stetson made in Germany. Although neither the liner or sweatband is marked Whippet the tag behind the sweatband says it is form 63 Whippet if I understand correctly. Started out the morning at -6 degrees down here @ Rock Bottom. At least the skeeters ain't biting ! lol.

Yes Sir.... most of my cheap ebay project hats are in dire need of ribbon replacements when they arrive. Have had a few that got wider ribbons to cover up damage or holes ... little bit of grosgrain goes a long way. lol I like to try different width ribbons on a rehab hat before I sew them on permanently... It can totally change the look of the hat
