What Hat Are You Wearing Today ?

This is an Akubra that I rebuilt using all Stetson material from a modern wool Whippet. Sweat, liner, ribbon, and brim binding, all from the Stetson. It now sports a Center Dent crown with a bound 2 1/2 brim. I was also able to patch up a hole that was in the crown....(not very good lighting indoors for taking pictures).

It just started misting. I completed my walkabout in time. A Gannon Beachcomer was my fedora choice this morning. The bone beaver felt added some brightness to the overcast morning sky.
