Graduation Day yesterday called for my Brummel’s Homburg.

Later on we went out to our favourite yakitori place. I wore my silverbelly Campdraft…

So good!

Etsuko wore a Maxim Cloche.

Good morning folks. Morning walkabout in a Stetson Scoop. This 30's fedora has a 2.25" overwelt brim and very malleable felt. It is a pleasure to take out of the box and gently wear.

Home and moving snow while under the brim of a "fuzzy" Rochel fedora. The hat was very photogenic this morning.

I have started the grill to prepare a roast for an afternoon meal. My grill hat is a vintage Stetson Stratoliner.

The hats of the week. On some days a very bright shining orb could even be seen in the sky. Very strange. Think I should report that?

And the military style coat at full length (sort of; it was the best I could do in a hurry)

Fabulous lineup today, Eric. Not often we get treated to two different Rockel on same day… via yourself and Stefan

Glad to hear you're both on the mend, Robert. And by the looks of things it hasn't dimished any of the usual panache. Best to pamper the lady some more for a bit; where are you ever going to find another like that!?
Thank you for your kind remarks Stefan, much appreciated. Indeed I will take great care of her. Have to admit though, I did wear the pages of the prayer book rather thin, this modern day plague is wretched indeed.

It's gray, damp and drizzling in Rome, GA today, might as well be in England. Picking up on Stefan's military style coat, here's my late 40's- early 50's blue Mallory and a 1953 English Civil Defense coat I found in about 2010 at Goodwill for no more than $25. A lot of sheep got haircuts to make this coat! It's quite heavy-duty.

Good for you, Brent. I'm working on it as well, but I'm not yet in the stage to consider buying new shirts. Great hat by the way.

Man, it’s tough the older we get. I’m down 35 pounds and still have a long way to go. My life has become way too sedentary and the weight just piled on. So far I haven’t noticed any difference in how my hats fit. Whew!
