Today I picked the 150th Anniversary Stetsonian in Light Gray.

The week in hats. Alas, hardly any useable sunshine this week, but here we go anyway.

I’m a sucker for the felted edge so the Cavanagh wins by a nose. The ribbon work on the Tirard Grand Raid is something else too! Love it.

I’ll take cold and rain over hot and dry any day! Nice Panizza, too. It’s a brand that has eluded me in my size.
Thanks Brent.

I prefer hot, but I guess my lot in northern Europe is cold. Maybe I should take Max's advice and move south :)

Panizzas are solid hats. Nothing particularly special, but their best can be very good.

Hope you find one in your size. They're definitely worth having.

This morning has been cold and I can wear a hat only when I pull my collar up. Early morning walkabout in a Royal DeLuxe Stetson OR.

A warm-up inside and I headed back outside for a check of the property. I changed to a VS fedora (inspired by the Stetson Stratoliner in dove grey beaver felt).

A bit later I headed out to fill bird feeders and to clear the boathouse of ice buildup. A Royal DeLuxe Setson Stratoliner was my hat choice.

I started the grill for some brunch and was under the brim of a Gannon Wanderer (silvermist beaver felt with charcoal trimmings).

Two fabulous hats, Jonathan. As far as the unfinished business goes; I think your team has a decent shot at getting further into the tournament, because I think our guys are the worst I've seen in decades.

Entertaining game that was more open than I thought it would be. Clinical finishing was the difference between the squads. Congrats!

And in honor of the Netherlands advancing, a Staalmeester from and for Stefan:
