That looks like a special oneEchter Velour-Soleil, no company mark, possibly late 1920s. The Velour-Soleil felt is paper thin (not literally). You can see from the side angle and pliability. This is the most Zephyr weight Velour I have in my collection. Such Velours actually do exist.

I'm a little worn out in these pictures. I was on my roof this morning cleaning out gutters before the rain got here, and was catching up on yard work and getting my roses in shape over the last few weeks...
Like Eric, (he had an awesome looking rose), here's my first rose blooming out. This one's a Chicago Peace Rose. I have other roses that are starting to bloom out too...
