Off to work well before the sun rose in a Cordova Cap.

Home by mid-day and enjoying a walkabout in a Gannon Wanderer (inspired by Stetson of said name). The silvermist felt and charcoal trimmings are eye catching in the gray overcast skies.

I got the ad blocker for safari that Jonesy recommended (or said he used anyway) in the thread about the ads. Works perfectly.

Figures. I downloaded Adblock Plus and and there aren’t any ads of any kind on my iPhone. It went from unnavigable to no ads at all. Now if we can only bring back Tapatalk!

Thanks for the great recommendation. I just downloaded Adblock Plus and not only are the ads gone, it seems the painfully slow page loading is also a thing of the past.

Stefan, Oh my goodness, that Knox!!! Also, I would love to find one of those Wegener seal velours that you and Steve post. That finish is intriguing to me, and looks super classy.
Thanks, Jeff.
Wonderful line up this week Stefan!!
Thank you, Joe.
The Knox Twenty five is absolutely stunning!!
Thank you, Dave.

Happy Easter, folks. Supposed to warm up and be a beautiful Sunday, but it was cool enough this morning I thought I'd give this hippie Adam one more go 'round the block.

Easter bunny De Luxe, Jim!

New to me Stetson 5X:

This hat is similar to the current 4X Stetson Sheridan, except this hat has an additional inch in both crown height and brim width. This 5X is also a fur felt hat and I believe the Sheridan 4X is wool.
You do Joao proud, Brent!

Man, you guys are killing it! @Short Balding Guy @Frunobulax @deadlyhandsome

no hat yet today but this Stetson mode edge accompanied me out on errands yesterday.

Gorgeous hat, Jeff. Lovely mode edge and I like the mid-size ribbon on it.

As always Stefan, what a superb array of hats you can conjure up any given week of the year.

Are the ribbon and bow original to the Knox 25, or are they a Steur/Fleur addition. The angle of the bow look familiar somehow :)

Winter isn't done with us yet (snow is expected for easter) and some serious political shenanigans (what else?) this week.

Well spotted, Steve. The bow is something Fleur did. I thought the original thin ribbon was a bit "more of the same", so I asked her to give it some "zing". The idea was stolen from this Mossant hat:

This is what Fleur made of it:

Was feeling the call of the powder blue Strat today. Happy Easter!

Superb, Joe.
Loading the truck with ciabatta, focaccia, pasta al forno and cheesecake earlier on this beautiful day. Had to rock the Gannon. Staredown with the youngest, for what I don’t remember. Hope everyone had a happy Easter. Or at least a good Sunday. View attachment 324309 View attachment 324310
Fantastic hat, Alan. Love those colours. Odd that your youngest doesn't seem impressed; she should be!

Gorgeous hat, Greg. I like how you've put in a "softer" looking cattleman crease in that one.

What a fantastic assortment of chapeaux, Stefan. I like them all! The Rockel looks very interesting. A longer nap on that velour.

Thank you, Dave. I am enjoying this hat.
Hey Eric, That Buccaneer is awesome. The brim stitching is cool and the color with the contrasting ribbon really complements the holiday and spring season.

Hey Jim I like that hippie Easter bonnet. It's a good-looking long hair. Quite the classic. I'm glad you could wear it one more time before it gets too warm.

Wow, Brent, that's a BIG hat! That High Brehm and Bailey 3X were pretty slick too. You wear them well.

Hey, Jeff! That mode edge really really nice. Looks like quite a versatile hat.

Steve, you are too kind. Thank you, my friend.
Thanks, Reggie. The Rockel is a very early one. Not as refined or dense as the Hückels, but a worthy competitor nonetheless.

I am outside puttering in the warm 50'f (10'c) morning. I chose a Stetson Stratoliner in sage green as my "chore hat." So far all it has "weathered is bird feeder chores and sipping coffee on the deck. It works excellent at those chores.

Whoa, that's one helluva parade, Michael.

Back to work this afternoon wearing a Borsolino Misto. I really enjoy wearing this heather-ed hat.

Fantastic hat, Alan. The lighter brim binding is subtle, but makes all the difference.
