VEB Luckenwalder Hutfabrik (DDR) "Velour" possibly mid 1950s. This is DDR Velour is one of my favorites.

Wegener "Seal" possible mid to later 1950s and a new arrival.

Steve, both are two magnificent hats and I wrote them down because I wanted to comment on them, but a series of technical inconveniences to any appliance in the home and study (boiler, computer and bathroom) kept me away from the computer.
Of the two, I prefer the Luckenwalder, of which I would like more information, but the latter I would not reject
