Very nice, Max. Looks like they have a more square crown shape than is usual for optimo. I like it.

I sent pictures of the blue/gray hat to Tiffani in Optimo, and she says it's a new color, Blue Pearl. That's a Heirloom Felt that costs $1200! No wonder I liked it!
She said the model is a modified Dearborn. Modified because it has a wide brim, I guess.
I sure lucked out with this one!

Thanks Steve, I almost let this one go because it's a long oval and every time I wore it it twisted the brim all wonky due to my round melon head. I sent it to Art and he reblocked it to the conformer he has for my head shape. Now I hate taking it off. I'm gonna miss Art Fawcett.

Plus...it was sitting near the door.

Thought I'd start with this wonderful Dutch L'hiver riding bowler renovated by Fleur of Penumbra Hat Co., enabled through Stefan. I found it too hot today to wear it, but I'm sure it will be perfect during the autumn and winter [emoji4]
