Thanks. I was thinking 3+ but scale is sometimes hard to make out on these small pictures.

The brim is almost 2 3/4”and the curl is set in its ways. It doesn’t respond kindly to brim down.
The hat sold originally in Jackson Hole WY

what are the dimensions of that woven work of art?

H&R, it's a 4" brim with nearly 7" in the crown, very tapered after about the 5 1/4' mark. Came to me in a typical western shape with a cattleman crease and the fenders rolled pretty high. I removed the wire in the brim, ironed it flat and opened the crown. After adding a couple of coats of shellac, I rolled the brim edge by hand and added a soft roll to the fenders. I've changed the crown out several times but I think it's here to stay. At least for now.
