Supposed to be near perfect weather all day. Will have to get out and about. Or do yard work. Tough call.

Today....back to Europe for this Homburg.
Destined for the German market via a Nurnberg shop is an Italian in Amiata. The proportions are nearing my liking. I just tell myself i’m wearing a Western with a curl! The contrast does hit the mark to my eye.
Be well and some of you “Get Well”! Bowen
I lost control on Friday. I'm waiting for two, yep, two, St. Regis to arrive. One's chocolate and the other is described as beige.
I've been bottom feeding, snatching up the orphans. Friday Jim Beam told me to go for it!

Forgive my memory lapse, did I miss you getting a second Demon? Did you spend the $1500 for that one on Ebay? Sure do love these unique pieces of history.

Yessir; it's been a few months, but it was an eBay score. I think I only paid about $50 for it. Despite their rarity, they don't seem to bear a lot of market value in the real world. That poor guy on eBay would do well to expect more like $100 for his hat. I'm real interested in it for another reason. The sweat stamp says "Demon Hanover Hat Co." and a different city in CT, instead of"Hoyt Hat Co." and Danbury.

I posted it in the Demon thread at the time. A couple of weeks ago, I scored one of the neckties, too.

Now I need a box.
