Congrats on the loss!!!! After a stroke In 2014 I got up to over 300.... Im at 225 today and feel like a new person... Keep up the good work! Personally Im a firm believer in regular pipe, cigar and adult beverage endulgance to stay chilled out

Doc said the heart issues will kill me long before the cigars and pipes do.
Unfortunately, adult bevages no longer mix well with the handful of meds I'm taking.

Good morning. It was a cap morning for a dog soirée, hardware store run, a butcher store visit and sauntering about sipping coffee. Thank goodness they are open before 8:00am.

Home before 9:00am I donned an Akubra Campdraft (bluegrass hued felt and TFL version).

Time to shower and spiff up.
