OK, now THAT is uber-cool!Thank you Mark! If you look closely right above the airplane you can just make out the yin-yang vent holes.

Very nice, Joe. I had never heard of Beall stores until your post. They had quite the run over their life-span!Beallcrest 5XXXXX from 3 Beall Bros Stores in an OR styling most likely made by Resistol Is my Thin Ribbon Thursday offering.

New hat day Pure Open Road -- Fit is a tad looser than my previous OR, the color (True Blue) is nice
Twin beauties, Eric. Impressive, as always!I wore a Stetson during my cool morning walkabout. The light fawn hued felt has a triple stitched brim. Eye catching feature on this bigger brim.
An Adam Pacesetter was my hat choice for coffee time.
Cheers, Eric -
Very nice ensemble, Fabio. The tie is to die for!!

Ohhh. I love that one!Today's errands will be completed wearing the fourth hat from my score on Monday. It's a grey, 1940s-vintage Champ, with a 2.75” bound-edge brim, a 4.75” crown, and a 1.75” pug ribbon. I was unfamiliar with the word coney, until researching the headband embossing. I like this one a LOT!

Love that powder blue colour felt, Mark. The pug ribbon treatment is the icing on the cake.Today's errands will be completed wearing the fourth hat from my score on Monday. Thanks, Nathan! In total, I got seven, but I reeeeeeeeally don't think I'm going to show off the unbranded, houndstooth fabric, stingy brim. Besides, it looks great on my wife, so we're deeming that one hers! I've got two left to show, therefore, one of which needed SERIOUS rehabbing, and is still a work in progress. And Randall @Randall Renshaw agrees that today's is a 1940s hat.Wow Mark, you scored some very nice hats! How many did you get in total?
This Champ is amazing - the ribbon is not really my cup of tea (purely subjective, obviously) but the block and brim are very attractive indeed! This looks to me like it could be a 1940s hat.
Thank you, Bill. It really was a pretty spectacular stroke of luck.Another winner! Congrats on the haul!
