I, too, like the Léon, but the Barbisio Qualitá Extra also appeals big time. The other Barbisio and the Cervo Bantam are no slouches, either. All are great hats, Stefan, but I'll go with the Leon this week as my favorite.
Thanks, Randy. The Léon is not as flashy as some others, but has a nice subtle elegance. All are great hats, Stefan, but I'll go with the Leon this week as my favorite.

I think the term "dreary" covers it best, Robert. These conditions do ask for a few hats that can handle rain, sleet, snow, hail or whatever else comes down from above (barring fire and brimstone of course). Thank you, Robert; I like that Mossant very much; an easy hat.View attachment 568798
The Mossant (yes, with a "t")
How's your weather Stefan? Difficult keeping lids dry, and in good shape, this time of year.
Difficult choice, as always, but I am taken with the Mossant.

That’s some hat, Brent!
Thank you StefanReally beautiful hat, Joe. That ribbon makes it sing.
Amazing line up this week…. Obviously the Mossant is a standout.. but I’m gonna go with the Cervo for all that is different about it.It's Sunday again. Let's see.

Heck of a hat, Don.
Always blown away by your Mistery felt, Eric.Good morning. A very early morning walkabout was taken under the brim of an Adam Pacesetter.
Morning coffee was under the brim of a Dalton.
I grilled breakfast under the stingy brim of a Stetson.
The edge traetment of these 50's hats were dynamite.
Cheers to all this morning, Eric-
Good looking hat, Joe. I wonder if that stitching was always there or was added later.View attachment 568902
Leisure Lite by Paragon - The Californian
Luxury Quality - Natural Colored felt
5 inch crown open - About 4 1/4 as shaped
1 1/8 champagne grosgrain ribbon
1 row of decorative brim stitching
I haven’t seen too many from this brand Paragon Hats on the lounge…. But the ones I did see I liked.. so I decided to take a flyer on the Leisure Lite by Paragon- Luxury Quality. It is very soft and thin felt in a natural tan-ish color. It has a 5 inch open crown that takes a crease with the touch of a finger. The ribbon is 1 1/8 in a champagne color. It does so port a wind trolley cord.. but the button is actually stitched to the ribbon. I wonder if this wasn’t just like a tacking stitch to hold it in place before purchase. The 2 1/2 inch brim has a raw edge… and is treated with an unusual single row of decorative stitching. The stitching is a similar style that would be used to attach a brim binding. I don’t think I’ve seen this used on a raw edge before. Makes for an interesting look. Some of these stitches are starting to fray. The felt is mostly in great shape.. though there are a couple fairly well hidden moth divots.. including one that goes clear through.. just under the hat band. The unreeded sweat is very soft and malleable… it is debossed with “The Californian”…. Maybe I’ll call this one. “The Brent”.
I don’t know anything about this brand…. But I’d put my age guesstimate as approximately a 1940s hat.
