Thank you, Robert. I do have some very lightweight felts, but at these temperatures it can only be straw.View attachment 524828
Penumbra panama. A difficult choice Stefan, Europe is enjoying seriously hot weather, but you haven't let standards slip, the collar and tie is witness to that, but in this heat, felt hats are just too heavy. I wore something similar at church today:

I've been neglecting one of my straws lately because of several recent new straw purchases, so I'm giving it some attention today. It's my Stetson Plastic Bucket, AKA Latte Florentine Milan.

There’s strength in straws!!
I finally finished up my Dobbs Western conversion for TAR Tuesday. This one was sent to me by a generous Lounger friend. This is another dimensional brim cut. 2 3/4 front to back, 2 5/8 on the sides and flanged on a #19 brim flange for a sleeker profile. Following Rusty's suggestion, @RBH, I gave the crown a Center Dent. I went with a contrasting thin ribbon and an OR style bow.
Before: Off the block and the brim trimmed with a quick dry center dent crease
