Alls I did was a re-flange and clean the stains out of the liner (without removal)
Ross put that super nice cattleman’s crease in it—which probably better suits this hat and definitely suits its new owner. It came to me with a diamond crease.

My Northwest Hat Co Cuenca was getting really floppy so I hit it with some shellac several months ago, It is starting to flop again. I think it may be time to get a new straw.

Looks pretty darn nice to me, David. Maybe it just needs a yearly application of shellac.

Today is the great feast of the Veronese carnival even if the air of war does not help in the light-heartedness.

There will be "gnocchi on each table" and then the parade of allegorical floats.

For the occasion I have a Barbisio Qualità Extra size 60 cm on my head.

The felt is heather type and the color is "Misto Cenere" and the "Ratiné" finish as defined by the hatters of Sagliano Micca.

The felt is on average firm and the brims are shaped to be carried upwards.
