Smoking my first pipe of 2022 and wearing my Echter Mayser. I love this hat, it's very soft.
A quality hat for sure, Marcel. Very nice.Smoking my first pipe of 2022 and wearing my Echter Mayser. I love this hat, it's very soft. View attachment 392554 View attachment 392555 View attachment 392556
Looking good, Daniele. The last of the sixties rebellion hair seems to have gone thoughView attachment 392560
I put here my best wishes for all of you for a happy and peaceful 2022.
I know it's the wrong thread, but I wear caps very rarely and so I thought of breaking the rules to reach as many lovers of hats and caps tuned to Fedora Lounge.

I hope it will be a less troublesome year than the previous one for everyone here, there and everywhere

Federation IV for an afternoon walk on New Year’s Day.

Etsuko wore a beanie, so wasn’t up for being photographed.
We needed the exercise after our traditional Japanese New Year’s Day “breakfast”. It lasted until after midday and we skipped dinner as well. Etsuko puts on a good spread when she puts her mind to it.

We started in the morning with Fuku Beer - a celebratory beer that one of our favourite breweries puts out every year for New Year’s…

…and followed it up with Nihonshū (better known as sake in the rest of the world).

We don’t drink it very often other than New Year’s Day, but this one from Niigata was very nice.
Thanks, Jared. The food looks great! My maternal grandmother used to do a full spread too. I can only manage the ozoni and oden from a pack at the Japanese market. It was so hectic when I was doing my shopping that I forgot the kuromame. I always grab some tazukuri though, most of the rest of my family was not so hot on it, so I ate a lot of it growing up.
I've been wearing my refurb 7xCB. We've had a few real windy days here, and it actually blew straight off my head that day I was in Japantown. Thankfully it's no worse for the wear.
a day late, but Happy New Year's loungers!
Great Rick, but where's the beard?
Me and Mrs. quik, downtown Sonoma at the barracks. It was a beautiful sunny day although a bit chilly.
Enjoying a gourmet grilled cheese sandwich.
Wearing my ZZ Top-super-special-custom Wolfbrae, Thanks again @belfastboy
HAHA! Thanks Perry. The beard is not in my genes!Great Rick, but where's the beard?
