Love the details: bow, wind cord, textured sweatband and overall Fantastic wool felt.
One of your finest, Joe. The colours are great.
Perfect survivor hat, Alan. Shape and felt look marvelous.A favorite WWI era Stetson clear nutria. This hat was in excellent condition when I received it, but the wide black ribbon (not sure if original) was hanging by a thread. I removed it and added this narrow horsehair band. The Fray sweatband is remarkable... supple and strong as if it has another hundred years in it. The store in this southern New Mexico town where it was sold appears to have been a supplier of military uniforms during the first World War.

Stroll up to the office with a close friend who has worked as a graphic designer for many years.
She was one of the best of our generation.

This unusual Borsalino accompanied me between red and yellow leaves and the last green.

The felt is a pronounced heather, malleable and with one of the most interesting hatband colors among the Borsalino combinations.

We took a step back together when she and I conceived advertising campaigns.
It seems to me a century has passed
That turned out fantastic, Brent.
