Richard, I think the best solution is to try to give it a less erratic form. With the Borsalino felt, it is usually not difficult. I would try to make the brim a little more flat with only the last part of the brim raised. You can always try.Got this Borsalino a couple of weeks ago and I’ve been wondering what to do with it.
